Track recurring or actionable failures from test runs.
Issues convert failed run evidence into work the team can triage.
Issue lifecycle
Issues can be open or resolved. An issue records the affected test case, priority, number of failures, last failed time, last issue summary, and related runs.
Creating issues
Create an issue when a failure is actionable and should not be lost in run history. Include a concise failed reason that explains the observed problem.
Resolving issues
Resolve issues with a reason that explains what changed:
- Product bug fixed.
- Test case updated.
- Test data repaired.
- Environment outage resolved.
- No longer relevant.
Resolved issues remain useful historical context when similar failures appear later.
