Security and limits

Killbug runs product workflows against applications you configure. Teams are responsible for using accounts, environments, and data they are authorized to test.

Safe testing

• Use staging or dedicated test environments when possible.
• Do not target third-party apps or accounts without permission.
• Keep test users scoped to the workflows they need to verify.

Credentials

Store only credentials required for regression testing. Avoid real customer accounts, shared employee accounts, and highly privileged roles unless the testing policy explicitly allows them.

Execution limits

Test runs consume plan capacity and may be constrained by timeout, environment availability, provider limits, or application rate limits. Keep plans focused and review failures before triggering large reruns.

Production checks

Production checks should use approved test accounts and safe test data. Do not run destructive workflows, irreversible billing changes, or privileged administrative actions unless your organization has explicitly designed those checks for production.
